Protecting your intellectual property is of the utmost importance to us. To do this all (re)innovate challenge representatives, mentors, judges and partners are bound by a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement. Download an example of the Non-Disclosure Agreement here.

By entering (re)innovate challenge, no Intellectual Property right of a participating organisation or a member of a team is assigned or otherwise transferred to any other person.

Finally, it is highly recommended all participating teams have a discussion with their employer about who owns the intellectual property in the idea they will be working on.
